High Clouds above the US National Weather Service El Paso Texas office in Santa Teresa, New Mexico this afternoon. The winds will be breezy to low end windy again Wednesday with a seasonal high of 83?. A Pacific front will back in here later this week bringing slightly cooler and humid air.
