Business Productivity Tips: How To Make Positive Habits Stick In 30 ...

Time to put the survey results into action!

We?re going to try starting each week off with a productivity tip, which has been dubbed your ?Monday Motivator??

To start with, I?d like to give you a small challenge:

While it?s no secret that consistency helps, I remember reading a few articles that mentioned how one can develop new habits and?most importantly?make them stick, by doing them for at least 30 days.

So, why not use 30 days as a target for the tips we?ll be sharing in the following weeks?

If you?re interested in getting started now, you could always refer back to our first article about getting focused and staying productive.

To put everything into action, here?s one way you might consider doing it:

1. Create a list of things you?d like to change, and habits you?d like to form.
2. At the beginning of each month, focus on one item from your list.
3. At the end of each month, see how beneficial it was and decide whether or not to keep going.

In my opinion, you could probably do more than one habit at a time, depending on what they are.

For example, two things on my list are to only check e-mail twice per day, and another is to go for a walk everyday for 30 minutes.

In that case, I feel I could manage both of those things during a single 30-day period.

I think this is good tip to start with, because it?ll help to build focus for anything else that?s shared in future tips.

So, what are some habits YOU want to change/form?

Feel free to share them in the comments below!
